欢迎来到南极超马接力赛，这是在冰冻大陆上进行的一场终极耐力比赛，也是首次在南极洲进行24小时赛。在南极的极端条件下测试你的极限，可选50公里、81公里（50英里）、100公里的比赛，或组队参加24小时接力赛。
11月3日：抵达南非开普敦
11月4日：比赛说明会，探访罗本岛
11月5日：桌山，好望角
11月6日：飞往南极诺沃入住营地
11月7日：南极24小时超马接力赛
11月8日：营地周边探险，离开南极
11月9日：成功返回开普敦行程结束
南极期间：我们将住在诺沃冰川的营地大帐，包含极地睡袋不需自己携带。
开普敦期间：需要自行预订开普敦的酒店，我们将通过邮件推荐几家常用的酒店。

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
